Depending on the educational level (elementary/secondary or post-secondary), school applications in Canada differ. You normally enroll with your local school board for elementary and secondary education, presenting documentation such as evidence of residency, birth certificates, and immunization records. You can apply directly to post-secondary institutions (colleges and universities) or through a centralized application centre, such as the Ontario Universities' Application Centre (OUAC) for universities in Ontario. In addition to applying for a study permit, international students might require a Territorial Attestation Letter (TAL) or Provincial Attestation Letter (PAL).
We have many years of experience with school applications for both international and local students, including those applying to American top 20 universities, and we will provide you with detailed explanations and instructions to help you achieve your personal dreams. Sunwood Law will include your study permits in your application at a reasonable cost. If you need any support or assistance regarding your application, please reach out to us at Sunwood Law.
